Vehicle Pursuit Ends in Crash with No Injuries
West Liberty, Iowa — Earlier this morning, members of the Muscatine County Sheriff’s Office, Conesville Police Department, and West Liberty Police Department were involved in a vehicle pursuit that ended in a single-vehicle crash within West Liberty city limits. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
West Liberty Fire/Ambulance members responded to the scene and confirmed that no injuries were sustained by the driver, officers, or any bystanders.
The driver was taken into custody without further incident. Charges are pending at this time as the investigation remains ongoing.
