City Hall

The City Hall offices, housing the City Clerk/Finance Officer, Deputy Clerk, as well as Utility Billing & Customer Service are located at 409 N Calhoun Street with office hours listed below:

Monday              8:00am – 4:30pm
Tuesday             8:00am – 4:30pm
Wednesday       8:00am – 1:00pm
Thursday           8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday                8:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday           Closed
Sunday              Closed

The City of West Liberty observes the following holidays and will be closed: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and the day before or after determined by the City Manager.

City Administration Building

The City Administration Offices, housing the City Manager, Community Development, Public Relations, and IT departments are located at 111 W 7th Street. These key offices work alongside City Hall to support the city’s operations and growth. Meetings are available by appointment only.
