Planning and Zoning Commission

Under direction of the City Planning & Zoning Administrator the Planning & Zoning Commission is responsible for implementing the City’s Planning & Zoning Ordinance. This defines the community’s vision of its long-term physical form and development as well as its quality of life and community values.

The Commission processes development applications, administers the City’s Zoning Ordinance, and provides technical and administrative support. The Commission also assures that development is in compliance with all State and local codes and ordinances.

The Zoning Administrator is City Manager Lawrence McNaul and Building/Site Plan Inspector Terry Goerdt.
