WEST LIBERTY MUNICIPAL WATER UTILITY
ATTN: MOBILE HOMEOWNERS
WATER METER WINTERIZATION
The West Liberty Water Department would like to remind you of your responsibility for the care of the water meter that has been installed in your mobile home.
It is the MOBILE HOMEOWNER’S responsibility for keeping the water meter from freezing. The City recommends that you check your heat tapes on your meter and water pipes and the skirting around your mobile home to keep the wind out from under the mobile home. If your pipes or meter freezes, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to pay for any parts broken and replaced on the meter.
