A storm early on Tuesday morning, Aug 2., caused several electrical issues and outages to take place in the City of West Liberty throughout the day.
Electric crews dealt with a lightning strike, a bad transformer, and a fallen tree branch that destroyed a circuit, to name of the issues that caused outages.
