The City of West Liberty is upgrading its financial and utility software to Tyler Technologies’ Incode 10. This new software will enhance efficiency and accuracy in utility billing, collections, and cashier transactions. Additionally, it will provide residents with online access to their utility accounts and payment options.
City Hall Administration was closed to the public on Monday, February 24th, to finalize the initial software upgrade. As this is an ongoing process, staff is working closely with several organizations to assure as seamless of a transition as possible.
