City of West Liberty Upgrades to Incode 10

The City of West Liberty is upgrading its financial and utility software to Tyler Technologies’ Incode 10. This new software will enhance efficiency and accuracy in utility billing, collections, and cashier transactions. Additionally, it will provide residents with online access to their utility accounts and payment options.

City Hall Administration was closed to the public on Monday, February 24th, to finalize the initial software upgrade. As this is an ongoing process, staff is working closely with several organizations to assure as seamless of a transition as possible. We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to serving you better with the new system.

Tyler Technologies’ Incode 10 offers a wide range of features designed to enhance municipal operations. Here are some key features:
