The Trick or Treat Trail will be open from 5-6 p.m. this Halloween, Oct. 31. Begin by the high school and end in Railroad Park, were there will be free pizza! All children are welcome to walk the trail.
Any businesses or organizations interested in handing out candy can contact Parks and Recreation Director Nick Heath at nheath@cityofwestlibertyia.org.
City wide Trick or Treat will follow from 6-7:30 p.m. Have your porch lights on and yard lit up to invite our tikes in costumes for candy. If you’re not interested in participating be sure to keep your porch light off.
