We’re excited to announce that our new online utility account website is now up and running, giving customers more convenient access to their utility account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With the new system, you can:
• Print your own bills whenever you need them.
• View your balance online without having to call in.
• Access detailed account information, including usage readings, and payment history.
• Make your payment and see it post in real time.
• Set up auto-payments for any date that works best for you.
• Receive important updates on the home page, such as service notices, closures, and upcoming events.
Additional features are planned for the future, including the ability to submit service requests online, such as reporting streetlight issues, requesting trash can size changes, or notifying us about limbs on utility lines.
