A list of projects currently being carried out by the City of West Liberty and its contractors
Aug. 10, 2022: The City has contracted with L.L Pelling to chip seal several streets in town. This maintenance will extend the life of the streets. Streets included Calhoun St., Seventh St., Walnut St., and E. Sixth St. Excess chips will be removed in October.
City crews have torn out and are replacing the middle school entrance approach by the gym and parking lot.
Construction of a new mini pitch (half soccer field) as well as basketball and volleyball courts is underway in Wapsie Park. The project should be concluded by Fall.
